Ceramic Wind Chime Workshop with Julie Zetina

Create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind, carved ceramic wind chime in this three part, hands-on clay workshop! Participants will learn basic ceramic handbuilding and assemblage techniques over the course of three sessions.

Session 1- participants will carve patterns and designs into a leather-hard clay form along with creating multiple flat and 3-dimension ceramic components. 

Session 2- includes applying a simple wash-n-wipe stain to bisque fired components.

Session 3- participants will assemble all pieces into a functional and decorative windchime, perfect for a porch, patio, or garden!

PLEASE NOTE: this is a three session workshop! The classes are scheduled for three consecutive Saturday morning sessions. If you are unable to attend all three sessions, your work will remain unfinished. You may choose to send someone to complete your project.
