Handmade for the Holidays- A Three Ornaments Workshop (Afternoon)

Skip the Black Friday shopping crowds and spend time getting creative at SMAC Art Center! Join us for a special holiday workshop featuring three local artists, three unique techniques, and three beautiful handmade ornaments! These unique creations are perfect for decorating a holiday tree or giving as thoughtful gifts.

During this three hour workshop, participants will create a different poinsettia inspired ornament with each instructor.

#1: Acrylic Painted Ceramic Ornament with Mary Evelyn. Paint a festive poinsettia design on a ceramic ornament using acrylic paints.

#2: Alcohol Ink Ornament with Amy Joy. Explore the vibrant colors and flowing patterns of alcohol inks to create a one-of-a-kind poinsettia inspired ornament.

#3: Kinusaiga Ornament with Janette. Discover the Japanese art of kinusaiga and create a colorful poinsettia ornament using fabrics.
