Participants will design and craft a beautiful mosaic lamp using vibrant glass pieces, beads, and a recycled bottle; bottles will vary in size, most are the size of an average coke or beer bottle.

Add color and charm to your outdoor space in this creative, hands-on Solar Mosaic Garden Lamp workshop! Participants will design and craft a beautiful mosaic lamp using vibrant glass pieces, beads, and a recycled bottle. Finished lamps automatically charge during the day and glow beautifully at night, adding a magical ambiance to patios, gardens, walkways, or balconies.
Perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike, participants will learn everything needed to produce a functional garden lamp! Artist/instructor Julie Zetina will provide step-by-step instruction through the mosaic process, from selecting color patterns to safely adhering glass tiles.
All materials, instruction, pole, and white solar-powered light are included in the workshop fee of $60. Grouting service is also included. Grouting will take place off-site and artwork returned to SMAC for pick up at a later date.
