Ruby-Throated Hummingbird Watercolor Workshop with Mary Evelyn Tucker

Join artist Mary Evelyn Tucker for a delightfully fun workshop! During this three-hour class, participants will create a beautiful 8" x 10" watercolor painting featuring a ruby-throated hummingbird hovering beside vibrant foxglove blossoms.

Perfect for all skill levels, this workshop guides participants through various techniques of watercolor painting, including creating realistic feather textures, utilizing both vibrant hues and soft iridescent colors, and capturing graceful flight movement.

Blend rich floral colors to add depth and detail to foxglove blossoms then build a soft, luminous background that brings the entire composition together. 

The fee for this workshop is $60 and includes all instruction and supplies for a completed painting ready to frame plus new watercolor techniques to use in future projects!
