Spring Mosaic Planter Workshop with Julie Zetina
Date and Time: Thursday, April 11 & Friday, April 12, 6-7:30 p.m.
Location: SMAC Art Center, 7 Downing Street, Hollister, MO 65672
Experience level: Beginner to Advanced. Open to ages 12-adult. (Children 11 and under may take the workshop if accompanied by an adult.)
Fee: $55 per person (Hollister residents $27.50)
This year front porches will look mighty spiffy with a new mosaic planter that you design yourself in the Spring Mosaic Planter Workshop with Julie Zetina on Thursday, April 11, 6-7:30 p.m. Julie will have a variety of planters that she has personally hand thrown on her potter’s wheel–all made from durable, high-fire stoneware that is weather-resistant. They will be of varying shapes and sizes. from which you may choose. On the first night, Julie will show you how to adhere stained glass and small ceramic pieces, along with other assorted goodies…
