Woodland Watcher Watercolor Workshop (Rescheduled) with Mary Evelyn Tucker

Rescheduled Class now on March 15th (Another Class on March 22nd also available.) -Join watercolor artist Mary Evelyn Tucker for a relaxing afternoon of painting as you create an expressive owl perched on a woodland branch. This workshop focuses on soft watercolor layering, gentle blending, and creating the suggestion of feathers through loose brushwork and warm color variation. Learn how to capture bright, watchful eyes while keeping the overall painting atmospheric and painterly. The background will feature soft washes, allowing the owl to stand out naturally. Participants will complete a finished 8” x 10” owl portrait, ready to frame and display.

Instruction and all materials are included in the fee of $60 per person. Beginners and returning painters are welcome.
